By using this site or our lounge, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Nature of Services
Analog Spaces Inc. operates The Disconnection Lounge, a premium, device-free urban wellness space offering hourly drop-in sessions, curated analog activities, guided disconnection experiences, specialty beverages, and related programming. Our services are designed to support rest, presence, and digital well-being.
All offerings are for wellness and recreational purposes only. Nothing provided through The Disconnection Lounge constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Your experience and results will depend on your individual circumstances, level of engagement, and factors outside our control.
4. Device Policy and Guest Conduct
The Disconnection Lounge operates as a device-free environment. By entering the lounge, you agree to:
a). Surrender your phone, laptop, tablet, smartwatch, and all other personal devices to our Disconnection Guides upon check-in. Devices will be stored securely and returned at the end of your session.
b). Refrain from using any device—including wearables—within the lounge space for the duration of your session.
c). Respect the quiet, device-free atmosphere and the experience of other guests.
d). Follow the direction of Disconnection Guides at all times.
Guests who are unwilling to comply with the device policy will not be admitted, and no refund will be issued for that session.
5. Memberships, Bookings & Payments
Sessions may be booked in advance or on a drop-in basis, subject to availability. Membership packages, founding member offers, and corporate rates are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. The following policy applies to all bookings:
a). Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no charge.
b). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session with no refund or rescheduling credit.
c). No-shows will be charged in full.
Membership packages are non-refundable once activated. If you experience a medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly at hello@thedisconnectionlounge.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
